I did P90x on Monday but I simply have NO time at all throughout this week to continue! I will have to pick it up this weekend and do only 3 days instead of 6. :( I want to do the program but perhaps this is not the best time. When I got home from class last night I had 1 1/2 hrs to bed and I had to fill that time with coming up with my speech for speech class which I present today. Also I have zero time between work and class because we are going to the home inspection at 4. Stressful!
The high protein diet thing makes me sick and I don't think it's doing anything for weight loss. I think I will modify it until I'm hardcore on the plan. I would guess if I'm working out like a mofo like you are supposed to do on the program then it would be a good recovery diet. Right now it is too much and too many calories.
