Day 1 Monday

Objective: eat healthy, exercise and do my homework!

B: Special K Protein Shake
L: Light chicken salad, string cheese and strawberries
D: Tilapia with pesto, zucchini and wild rice
S: Protein bar

Based off P90x program although I haven't gotten it yet.

Walked 45 min at an easy pace while talking to Dad. Did 40 min Jackie Warner circuit training exercise video that totally kicked my glutes (FOR REAL).

Did my post lab, reviewed my flashcards and reviewed the 3 labs we are doing tomorrow for the lab quiz. I'm a little worried about the lab quiz as we are going over gram staining and different kinds and shapes of bacteria. Lecture quiz should be fine since it is just a review for me. Just basic chemistry, bonds, pH and macromolecules.

Here's for today to be another fabulous day. I'm not sure if I'll get exercise in as the only time I'll have all day is before work at around 6 in the morning or after my class around 9:30pm. I need to get up early and do a few reps. And hopefully I get my video tomorrow AND hopefully we hear back about the house tomorrow too!
