Made chicken salad for lunch tomorrow and wrote out my meal plan. P90x won't be coming until Friday so I need to figure out what I'm going to do for exercise in the interim.
Monday - walk 1 hr., Jackie video, make shrimp stir fry for Tues lunch and chicken salad for Wed lunch
-empty cat box
-family phone calls
Tuesday - pushups, sit ups, bicep curls, lateral raises, lunges and squats in the morning, yoga video after class
-study for Microbio if extra time
Wednesday - walk 1 hr., Jackie video, make shrimp stir fry for Thurs lunch and chicken salad for Fri lunch
-make chocolate chip cookies for Scott and get mailing box ready to mail
Thursday - pushups, sit ups, bicep curls, lateral raises, lunges and squats in the morning, yoga video after class
-study for Microbio if extra time
Friday - P90x start!
Saturday - P90x!
Goal is to keep busy, exercise and eat according to plan.
